The check-in usually takes place the following morning. This is where we will instruct your guest comprehensively in your vacation home and record the condition of the house in detail. Together with your guest, we will read the electricity level and draw their attention to liability, disclaimers and house rules.
During the entire stay of your guest, we are and remain his contact in all matters. It is particularly important to us – with a consistently positive response – that we establish personal contact with your guests. A detailed guestbook is never as good as sharing a personal recommendation or experience. If the chemistry between guest and property management is right, the guest does not feel neglected. In addition to the goal of only hearing positive things about the stay of your guests, it is particularly important to us to be able to welcome your customers again as potential permanent guests.
The check-out takes place once the stay of your guests comes to an end. In addition to a new condition inspection of the house, the costs for electricity and/or other possible charges will be invoiced. Of course, we attach particular importance to the customer leaving the house in the condition in which he received it, i.e. without serious defects. Once all formalities have been completed, we also attach great importance to pulling the door into the lock after the guests have left. We will be the last ones in the house on the day of departure.
